CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments that are cancelled must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment time. If not rescheduled within 48 hours, a 60% cancellation fee will be charged. If you no-show or cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service(s). For services requiring a 50% deposit, the remaining 50% will be charged in the event of a no-show, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
