CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled or no-shows must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment time. If not rescheduled within 48 hours or due to a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. For services requiring a 50% deposit, the remaining 50% will be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
